Shipping Policy

1. Delivery
   Because of the nature of our products, i.e. perishables and food items, we strive to get your packages to you as soon as possible to ensure that you and your guests enjoy the freshest of items and the best quality experience. 

   We only ship items to within the Greater Kuala Lumpur Klang Valley area. We use commercial despatch services to fulfil delivery of all orders. 

   Delivery charges will be based on the distance of the delivery address from our office.

   To ensure the best quality of product and delivery time, please ensure the following when placing your order:

   • That your selection of products and combinations etc. are final before placing the order. Making changes to your order may cause delays due to production and logistical arrangements that need to be managed.
   • That the delivery information you have provided is accurate and complete. Missing or wrong information will cause delays in the delivery process and in some instances may render the order un-deliverable. 
   • That there is someone at home (or at the address supplied for the purpose of delivery) to receive the order. Delivery times may vary according to the specifications and preparation time needed for your orders. Deliveries will all be made during normal day-time working hours, unless special arrangements are made and confirmed by all parties concerned.
2. Self-Collection
   We also offer a self-collection option that will incur no costs at all. Just arrange for the time and date you would like to collect your packages and we will have them ready for you. 

   All self-collections can be made at No.15, Lorong Chekor, Taman Halimahton, Off Jalan Kelang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur. 

Should you opt for self-collection, and face challenges on the day to collect in the time frame requested, kindly give us a call to make alternate arrangements.
