However, we do acknowledge certain circumstances that may necessitate refunds, as outlined below:

  1. Incorrect items. In the event that the customer receives the wrong items in their order, we offer a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within [X days] of receiving the package to initiate the refund process. We’ll arrange for the return of the incorrect items at our expense and ensure the correct items are promptly dispatched to you. 
  2. Damaged or Defective Items. If the items in your order are damaged or defective at the production stage, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, we will cover the cost of resending or replacing the damaged items.
